Hi everyone, Shaggy here.

Today I'm gonna talk about a movie that I saw like 2 weeks ago. The name of this movie is "The wind that shakes the barley".

This is a war movie, directed by Ken Loach y written by Paul Laverty. Movie's debut was on Cannes Festival, in 2006.

The film is set in Independence War of Ireland, in 1919, until a civil war in 1923.

So, I don't remember a lot of this film, but I remember a scene that shocked me. When the british catch a group of  rebels that wanted the independence for Ireland, on this group were the protagonist, Damien O'Donovan and his brother Teddy O'Donovan, so, the british take Teddy to another room and started to torture him, pulling out his finger-nails. Well, that scene shocked me a lot, because I was thinking: How there are some people that can do that kind of shit?.

I don't know if I liked this movie, cause I don't remember much, but maybe, if I watch it again...

So that's all for today, but before I finish this blog, Fun Fact: The guy that play Damien O'Donovan is the same guy that play The Scarecrow in Christopher Nolan's Batman, so, while I was watching "The wind that shakes the barkley" I was like: Oh that guy is gonna put in his head a creepy mask.

Bye.
